This is a book cover for a novel called Pastoralia. Its a book made up of short stories, including one about a man and woman who make a living pretending to be cavemen. This was a project for my Digital Imaging class.

 

 

This is a poster for Warped Tour 2005 I designed in my Typographic Design class. Won me $65 in the Creative Summit 2006!

 

 

 

A poster announcing a visit by Denis Johnson, author of numerous novels and poems. I used a photo of what one would see in a car accident scene to symbolize the premise of his novel The Name of the World. This is another project for my Digital Imaging class.

 

 

 

This is a flyer promoting an open-mic event held by Hip-Hop congress, a Texas State University organization.

 

 

 

I redesigned a John Cage CD package. I used pictures of random objects like keys and cotton to represent a music style that is unique to Cage.

 

 

Another thing I redesigned for my Corporate ID class. Chocolate Soldier is a chocolate drink like Yoo-hoo. I utilized toy soldiers and made them look like chocolate candy to attract chocolate lover of all ages.

These are redesigned magazine covers for National Wildlife. These were part of a project for my Typographic Design class.

 

 

 

I also redesigned the Table of Contents and one of the spreads for National Wildlife. The spread talks about a group of small islands inhabited by endangered sealife.
